A two-chair shop with a steady walk-in following and a website built on a free WordPress theme circa 2016. Stacked hero banners, ten different fonts, and the booking link buried under a hamburger. We rebuilt it as a single editorial scroll: phone number first, "Book a chair" right after, then services, hours, and a quiet gallery near the bottom. No carousels, no sliders, no autoplay anything.
A neighborhood donut shop with a strong product and a site that hid it under three rotating banner sliders. Visitors landed on a gallery, not a menu, and the order link only appeared after scrolling past stock photography. We led with today's flavors, today's hours, and a single bold "Order ahead" call-out in the first viewport.
A small-batch confectionery whose old site was a Wix template stretched out of shape, with the "About" page sitting where the menu should have been. We pulled the menu and the gift-box options to the top of the home page, dropped the autoplaying video, and gave the photography the room it always deserved.
