Privacy policy

What we collect

We collect only what we need to deliver our service:

• Your business name, email, phone, and address, submitted via the contact form, checkout, or onboarding form.
• Payment information, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Website assets you send us (logos, photos, content) for the project we're building.
• Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and debugging.

What we do with it

• Build, launch, and host your website.
• Send you receipts, project updates, and (rarely) reminders about renewals or follow-ups.
• Reach out about new features or services we think you'd want. You can opt out any time by replying to one of those emails.

What we don't do with it

• Sell it. Ever. To anyone.
• Share it with advertisers or marketing networks.
• Use it for purposes outside delivering and supporting our service.

Third parties we use

• Stripe: payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
• Vercel: hosting for our marketing site and admin panel.
• Supabase: database for client and lead records.

That's it. We're a small operation; we don't use analytics trackers, ad pixels, or third-party retargeting.

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies (signed session cookie for the admin panel, Stripe's checkout session cookie). No tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we have on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. At any time, no fee, no friction. Email support@novastudios.pro and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Data retention

We keep your records as long as you're a client and for up to 3 years after you cancel, then we purge them. Stripe retains transaction records as required by US tax and accounting laws.
