Terms of service

1. Who we are

“Novastudios,” “we,” “us” refers to the freelance web design partnership operating at novastudios.pro. “You” or “client” refers to the business or person purchasing our services.

2. What we deliver

When you purchase a package, we'll design and build a custom website matching the scope of that package. Timelines are listed at the time of checkout (Refresh: 5 business days, Redesign: 2 weeks, Studio: 2–3 weeks) and start once you've submitted your business details, content, and asset uploads.

3. Payment

Build packages are charged once at checkout via Stripe. If you add Hosting, Care, or Domain management, those are billed monthly on the same date your build was paid. All amounts are in USD.

4. Revisions

Refresh includes 1 round of revisions. Redesign includes 2 rounds. Studio includes 4 rounds. A “round” is one consolidated batch of feedback, not unlimited back-and-forth. Additional rounds beyond the included amount are billed at $75/hour.

5. What you own

On full payment, the website code, content, and design are yours. You also own your domain regardless of whether we register it on your behalf. If you cancel domain management, the domain transfers to you.

6. Hosting and care

Monthly subscriptions are month-to-month. You can cancel any time from your account or by emailing support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't prorate partial months.

7. What we don't do

We don't guarantee specific business outcomes (rankings, traffic, conversions). We don't handle anything outside the scope you purchased. For example, no ad campaigns, social media management, or copywriting beyond what each package includes.

8. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim. We're not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, lost data, lost time). Use of the site you receive is at your own risk after launch.

9. Termination

Either party can cancel at any time. If we cancel before delivery, you get a full refund. If you cancel mid-project, you're refunded any unworked portion based on the stage we're at. See the refund policy for specifics.

10. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The “last updated” date at the top will change. Existing customers' in-progress projects are governed by the version of these terms in effect when they paid.
