Refund policy

Build packages (one-time)
Refund availability depends on which stage your project is in when you ask:
- Before we've started designing (no work delivered): full refund, no questions asked.
- After draft is sent, before launch: 50% refund. We keep half to cover the design and revision time we've already invested.
- After launch: non-refundable. The site is live, the work is done. If something is materially broken, see “What we will fix” below.
Subscriptions (Hosting, Care, Domain)
Month-to-month subscriptions can be cancelled any time from your account or by emailing support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We don't prorate partial months.
If you cancel within 7 days of your first subscription charge and haven't used any of the month's included care minutes, we'll refund that first charge in full.
What we will fix (free)
For 30 days after launch (or 60 days for Studio), we fix any bug we introduced during the build (broken links, layout issues, content mistakes on our end, etc). Free of charge. After that window, fixes go through the Care plan or are billed hourly.
What is not refundable
- Stripe's payment processing fees (we don't charge these to you, but Stripe doesn't refund them to us either).
- Domain registration fees once a domain has been registered on your behalf.
- Time spent on revisions beyond your package's included rounds.
How to request a refund
Email support@novastudios.pro with your business name and the email used at checkout. We'll respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds appear on your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
