Do I have to be in San Diego?
Not at all. We're based in San Diego and proud to support local businesses, but we work with clients anywhere. If it's the right fit, location isn't a factor.
What if I don't have a website yet?
Even better. The Refresh package is built for that, a clean one-page site delivered in 5 days. You'll be live this time next week.
Will you tell me honestly if I don't need a redesign?
Yes. The audit's job is to tell the truth, not to sell you a redesign. About a quarter of the time we end up recommending smaller fixes instead.
Is there really no cost for the audit?
None. The audit takes about 30 minutes of our time and is the easiest way for us to figure out if we're a fit for each other. No card, no signup, no follow-up calls unless you want them.
